House of McCue reserves the right to update and change the terms and conditions of our House of McCue gift coin at any time. This does not affect your legal rights. Use of your House of McCue gift coin constitutes acceptance of our Terms and Conditions and we therefore recommend you read them carefully. House of McCue gift coin remain the property of House of McCue who maintains the right to cancel the coin in situations where it is deemed necessary to do so.

The value of your House of McCue gift coin can be redeemed at House of McCue. The gift coin balance cannot be exchanged for cash or redeemed against the purchase of another coin. .

The minimum value that an individual House of McCue gift coin is £250.

Validity

Your House of McCue gift coin is valid for a period of 24 months, after which any remaining balance will be removed and the coin will become invalid and no longer available for use.

Lost/ Stolen/ Damaged

In cases where your House of McCue gift coin is lost or stolen, House of McCue is unable to replace or reimburse the remaining balance on a coin. House of McCue cannot be held responsible for the any balance lost on a House of McCue gift coin as a result of theft or fraud. All House of McCue gift coin have a unique serial number which is required for purchases. House of McCue cannot be held responsible for any unauthorised use by a another party

Should your House of McCue gift coin become damaged, House of McCue will be able to replace the coin providing you still have the coin in your possession and the necessary details can be obtained.


Using a House of McCue gift coin

Customers may use their House of McCue gift coin to trade in against the cost of creating a piece of jewellery.

Refunds

Both Gift Coin and the Items made as result of trading in the coin are custom made to your requirements (eg. Rings/bangles made to size, commissions or pieces with requested alterations) are exempt from a refund and no refund will be available unless there is a manufacturing fault.


Governing Law and jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
